Egg cake |

Generally cake is served in occasionally but in the modern ages it has been using in breakfast, snacks in celebration of any kind of pleasant moment. That’s  why it is called a celebratory dish or celebratory menu. Cake has been using such as in birthday, wedding, anniversaries, or any kind of organizational celebrations.



Cake ingredients

Cake is made from flour, sugar, oil and some other ingredients. In ingredients you can mix  Egg, pineapple, candied, cocoa, nuts, cherry, Pitanga etc. it will depend in your test. But egg is the common mixing element to make a cake. From the oldest cake to the modern cake it has modified by lot of changes in making and mixing ingredients. In the design there have been lot of modifications in making of a cake.



Kinds of cakes

There are many kinds of cake are familiar now in the world. Some kinds of cakes name have given bellow.

1.     Birthday fruit cake. ( IT can be varieties kinds )

2.     Birthday chocolate cake. ( IT can be varieties kinds )

3.     Anniversary cake. ( IT can be varieties kinds )

4.     Party cake.  ( IT can be varieties kinds )

5.     Butter cake for home.

6.     Sponge cake.

7.     flourless cake.

8.     Pound cake. ( IT can be varieties kinds )

9.     Chiffon cake. ( IT can be varieties kinds )

1   Food cake.  ( IT can be varieties kinds )

1    Raisin cake.

IN oven or Chula you can bake a cake. Here a measurement ratio for a homemade cake.

For Making a cake dough (For 2 cup flour )

1.     Three eggs.

2.     Baking powder 1 tea spoon.

3.     Sugar on your test.

4.     Salt 1 tea spoon.

5.     Butter 2 tea spoon.

6.     Water one cup.

7.     Milk powder 2 or 3 tea spoon.

Mix the ingredients on a bowl to make a dough. Have to keep the dough in a cold place before giving into the oven or Chula. Time also have to count to make a perfect cake.

 

But in Asia there are lots of street food which have been made in an open place beside the street. Here the making rules or the mixing ingredients are not important. In spite of this the foods are very popular to the people. In this video we have shown a street food named EGG CAKE. The cake is made in a kind of Chula. the chula heated by cylinder Gas.The dough of this cake is made from rice powder, sugar, salt and rare chopped egg
