In Cox's bazaar we saw how to make dry fish. Actually it is made in a dirty place but it is a popular dish all over the world .

Dry fish can be made by some big salmon fish, Lanternfish, bristle mouths, shark, viperfish, flashlightfish, anglefish, Tuna, sea telapia, Shrimp, Ilish, Coral, star fish, Octopus, Ilish, Loitka fish etc

Moreover fresh water fishes also used to make dry fish. such as phuti, chingri, 

  



As a menu in dining table SHUTKI ius the more choise to the food lovers. Chingri and phuti shutki is used for various kinds of VORTA. In Bangladesh it is very popular dish in starting to tske food. 

Fish is a recognized food element in the world. It supplies vitamin and nutrition for the mankind. Fish is the most popular element in the daily food chart. Fish is produced in two ways, naturally and farming. Naturally produced fishes are highly source of nutrition and vitamin and minerals. Most of the sea food comes from sea fish. The most common deep sea fish is Lanternfish. Moreover bristle mouths, shark, viperfish, flashlightfish, anglefish, are also known to the people. In the Bangladeshi beach spicies fishes are Tuna, sea telapia, Shrimp, Coral, star fish, Octopus, Ilish, Loitka fish etc. dry fish is called SHUTKI in Bangladesh.
