PURI|
PURI is the
most popular food as snacks among the Asian people. It can be made home or
outside. In Asia PURI is made also beside the road as a street food. In various
kinds of occasion the hawker sits with this kind of shops, in this kind of
shops there have been made also samusa, jilapi, gulgula,sweet as misty named.
This kind of food does not maintain any kind of hygienic rules, in spite of
that that’s food are very popular to the middles class people and lower class
people.
PURI can be
made with , potato, DAL ingredients. All are popular to the people. But in the
shop of Bangladesh or beside the street potato PURI is available. To make PURI
you have to make PURI Dough. Here the measurement ratio to making of PURI.
Measurement ratio below
For {500grms} bread flour :

Salt ( 1 tea

olive oil or soya
bin oil (one cup)
3.
Lukewarm water (
300ml )
After making
the dough you have to make dough separate with making 30 gram dough ball. With the dough have to
make chapatti like our video shown. And with the mixing ingredients have to
fill the chapati and close it perfectly. Then this Puri have to fry in oil. The
Puri have to keep in hot oil. But after putting the Puri the heat will be
normal . Slowly it will be the yellow brownish colored. You can take the PURI with
various kinds of sauce to make it testy.
