Start with the oil in a pan. Add the onion. After two minutes have to add the cleaned chingri fish. Now this two items have to fry for five minutes. Now have to add the turmeric, garlic chili, salt and timely water. After five minutes of cooking the ingredients you have to add the lau shak and mixing potato. Now lid the pan. Some water will come out from the shak. Then have to wait to be dried the shak. After the drying you have to add the water . the water will depends what kind of sprout you need after cooking. You have to wait for 10 minutes after adding the water. You can add coriander leaves for the scent.
