How to cook Magur fish.

As usual have to start with the oil. Add the onion and green chili in oil. Now you have to add, garlic paste, ginger paste, after sometime you have to add other ingredients such as turmeric powder, chili powder, salt, Tomato etc step by step. You have to add some water in this mixing to cook them five minutes. We have shown this in our video. After making a curry color you have to add the Magur fish. Then lid them for 8-10 minutes. When the fish sprout will be dried, then you have to add final measurement of water for the cooking. Now you have to wait until the sprout will become in correct ratio. At last you can add coriander leaves for the scent in the Magur vuna.
