Fried rice

When you have rice, you can make it testy in simply fry with some ingredients. To make testy the rice you can add the ingredients base on your test. However when you are doing fry the rice its called the fried rice.

If you have cooked rice , but no curry to make the rice testy you have to follow some steps to make it testy. You need some ingredients too.

Fried rice ingredients

For 250 grms rice

1.     100 grms olive or sorisa oil.

2.     100 grms onion.

3.     Two eggs.

4.     4-5 green chili.

5.     Some cooked beef or chicken.

6.     Vegetable have to use which can be eaten raw.

7.     Soya sauce. when frying

8.     Salt as usual.

9.     Turmeric powder with onion for coloring. (if you want )

10. Tomato sauce ( when eating )

Fried rice preparation

As usual have to start with the oil. Add the onion and green chili in oil. Now you can add turmeric powder (if you want ). Fry them for 2-3 minutes. Then add vegetable ingredients as like capsicum, carrot, tomato, spring onion, chopped papaya, boiled bean etc. now you have to fry them for five minutes. After brownish color you have to add the egg. When the egg will be fried, then you have to the selected rice.  Then you have to the soya sauce. After adding the rice you to fry them minimum five minutes. You have to fry them with moving because it will be trucked with the pan. You have to remind it. Any how after some time you can add coriander leaves for scent. Now you will start to get the scent of amazing fried rice. Really it‘s a simple recipe to satisfy your family members. It can be your breakfast also for your family members.

 

Remember it that old day rice is the best for fried rice.
