Duck recipe

Duck meat is a high-fat, high-protein and rich in iron in food supplement. Like all poultry meat the meat has classed. The meat consists in high cholesterol also. The duck is seen in domestic and wild. As a bird it is very known and popular for its testy meat. In winter season the duck meat is very popular all over the world because of its high fat, Particularly  saturated fat. The human body become heated after taking the duck meat.

Duck meat preparation

Duck meat can be eaten by fried or baked. It also taken by baked, boiled, grilled, stir fried or cooked. But access is not good for health. It can causes hyper vitaminosis A. To cook duck meat in  a Bengali dish you need the ingredients , which have given bellow.

( For 500 grms duck meat cooking )

1.     4 medium sized onions.

2.     150 grms of oil.

3.     Three or four Cinnamons, Bay leaves, Cardamom.

4.     Minced ginger 3 t/sp

5.     Minced garlic 3 t/sp.

6.     Minced dry chili 2 t/sp.

7.     Minced kashmiri chili  2 t/sp. ( not essential )

8.     2or 3 t/sp salt.

9.     2 t/sp turmeric powder.

10 1 t/sp dry chili powder.

11 Two tomato.

12 Water as required.

1  Garam Masala  2 or 3 t/sp. You can use it in minced or powder.

Curry powder 2 t /sp to increase test

 

How to cook duck meat

As usual have to start with the oil. Add the onion and green chili in oil. Now you have to add, garlic paste, ginger paste, after sometime you have to add other ingredients such as turmeric powder, chili powder, garam masala, Cinnamons, Bay leaves, Cardamom, salt. Tomato etc step by step. You have to add some water in this mixing to cook them five minutes.We have shown this in our video. After making a curry color you have to add the Duck meat. Then lid them for 8-10 minutes. Some water will come out from the meat. Wait till then,When the meat will be fried, and water will be dried, then you have to add final measurement of water. After adding of 10 minutes you can add potato with the meat. Now you have to wait until the potato will be boiled and the sprout will become in correct ratio.
