Tandoori Ruti | Nan Ruti

Tandoori ruti, Nan Ruti whatever it is the most popular breakfast in Asian countries, mostly in sub-continent. In some Asian countries it is the main food also. Besides that American and European countries people also take it in daily basis.  It is testy to eat when it is hot. It can be eaten with vegetable , chicken or beef. Dal also has been serving in restaurant with the nan ruti. It is also known as breakfast meal.  Like Restaurant you can also make it at home.

Main Ingredients of Nan Ruti

1.     Flour (moida called in sub-continent )

2.     Sugar.

3.     Yeast.

4.     Salt.

5.     Water as usual.

 

To make Nan Ruti you have to follow four steps. At first you have to make the dough water , then Nan Ruti dough, Then make the chapatti, then heat it with inflate. Every steps is important to make a tasty and inflate Nan Ruti.

 Measurement ratio of making dough

 For { 400 grms} bread flour : ( to make Nan Ruti dough )

1.     Salt ( Half  tea spoon )

2.     Sugar ( 2  tea spoon  or some more )

3.     Yeast ( 2  tea spoon )

4.     Lukewarm water ( 250 grms )

 

 

1st step.

Before Dough making you have to use Yeast in lukewarm water. And have to keep it for 5 minutes.

2nd step

TO make the dough you have to use the yeast mixing water. The ratio has to follow. To make the dough you have to mix it well. And have to keep them for 30 minutes to become inflate.

 

3rd step

To make good Nan ruti you have to make the dough perfect. After 30 minutes you have to roll and rock the dough for several times. And size them into small round shaped sizes.

 

4th step

Now you make the chapatti with the dough. And heat them in perfect heat. And heat them until to be inflate.

 

Remember that the dough will not be more hard or more liquid you can add ingredients to make it perfect. Basically it will be as like as normal ruti dough, hard sticky.

 

You can take the Nan ruti  with the Chicken or beef. Dal or vegetable also used in many ways. After all ruti is the known meal to the all people of the world. It is very healthy also. Very good for Diabetics patient. It has lots of food value.
