  • FUSKA | Fuchka
  • Fuska is the most popular snacks as a street food in Asia specially in sub- continent. This kind of food first originated in sub-continent as a street food. Now its very popular in full Asia.  But in this days this food is served to guest in home also. Its popular to the all ages of people. To make a testy fuska recipe you have to follow some steps. Here are the list of all ingredients.
  • At first you have to make the fuska. Now a days the fuska is brought in the market. You can buy the ready made fuska. And other ingredients you can make easily at home. However to make fuska at home you have to make the fuska dough at first. Here’s the ingredients of the fuska dough. Main ingredient is the flour.
  • Measurement ratio below : For {500grms} bread flour :
  • To make the FUSKA dough.
  • 1.     Salt : ( 5 tea spoon )
  • 2.     Sugar :( 10  tea spoon )( if you want)
  • 3.     Yeast :( 3.5g)
  • 4.     olive oil or soya bin oil : (one cup)
  • 5.     Lukewarm water : ( 300ml )
  • 6.     Two egg .
  • 7.     Cumin  powder : 100 grme.
  • 8.     Garam Masala powder : 2 t/sp.
  • 9.     Black cumin : 100 grms.
  • 10   Baking powder : 100 grms.

  • The filling ingredients or GHUNNI making ingredients.

  • 1.     Potato
  • 2.     Toor Dal,
  • 3.     One or Two eggs.
  • 4.     4/5 Dry pepper.
  • 5.     Onion.
  • 6.     Green chili.
  • 7.     Coriander leaves.
  • Potato, Toor Dal and eggs have to boil. The dry chili have to be fried. After  the boiled potato have to be minced the Potato and dal has to be mixed with the onion and green chili. You can add the coriander leaves or any masala ingredients with the mixing.
  • The ingredients of Temarind sauce :
  • 1.     Tamarind : 100 grms.
  • 2.     Fried red chili 4/5 piece.
  • 3.     Salt : 1 t/sp.
  • 4.     Sugar : 1t/sp.
  • 5.     Water :( All ingredients have to mix perfectly with 150 grms water)

  • After making of the all filling ingredients, tamarind sauce ready and frying of FUSKA you have to fill the Fuska ball with the filling ingredients. And have to pour some sauce on the top of the bowl. Then it will be testy FUSKA to eat.
