Start with the oil in a pan. Add the onion. After two minutes have to add the curry ingredients turmeric powder chili powder, Garlic paste, green chili, salt, and other ingredients step by step. Then you have to cook this ingredients for 5-7 minutes. Then have to add the cleaned Snake gourd and spring onion. Now this two items have to fry for five minutes. Now lid the pan. Some water will come out from the Snake gourd with spring onion. Then have to wait to be dried the Snake gourd with spring onion. After the drying you have to add the water again. You have to wait for 10 minutes after adding the water.Now you have to add one or two egg. And cook them the egg will be fried. You can add coriander leaves for the scent. It’s the system of the cooking of lau shak in the subcontinent. But you can mix other ingredients for different test as like Chinese, Japanese or other countries.
