Chicken fry
is very popular menu as snacks all over the world. It’s a modern fast food. To
every community of people who know chicken as food menu they tried it and liked
it. It is very easy and testy also.
There are so
many way to make chicken fry. You can cook the chicken in many ways also. To
cook the chicken first you can apply as you make a chicken curry.
Here is the
ratio of all ingredients to cook the chicken first.
For 500grms chicken ( bone-in or boneless
)
1. 4 medium sized onions.
2. 2/ 3 green chii.
3. 150 grms of oil.
4. Three or four Cinnamons, Bay leaves,
Cardamom.
5. Minced ginger 2 t/sp
6. Minced garlic 2 t/sp.
7. Minced dry chili 1 t/sp.
8. Minced kashmiri chili 2 t/sp. ( not essential )
9. 2or 3 t/sp salt.

t/sp turmeric powder.

Two
tomato.

Water as required.

Garam Masala
2 or 3 t/sp. You can use it in minced or powder.

Curry powder 2 t /sp to increase test.
To fry the chickens you need.
After
cooking you have to separate the chickens from the pottage. You have to deep
the chickens into the reined eggs. Then put them into the flour. And fry them
in a pan. To make it perfectly you can do it again. After frying that you can
take them with sauce or ketchup.
