Shingara is the most popular food as snacks among the Asian people. It can be made home or outside. In Asia Shingara is made also beside the road as a street food. In various kinds of occasion the hawker sits with this kind of shops, in this kind of shops there have been made also samusa, jilapi, gulgula,sweet as misty named. This kind of food does not maintain any kind of hygienic rules, in spite of that that’s food are very popular to the middles class people and lower class people.

SHINGARA can be made with vegetable, potato, Beef liver, Kolija, Ful kopi, sweet ingredients, vegetable meat mixing ingredients. All are popular to the people. But in the shop of Bangladesh or beside the street potato Shingara is available. To make Shingara you have to make Shingara Dough. Here the measurement ratio to making of Shingara.

       Measurement ratio below

 

        For {500grms} bread flour :

1.     Salt ( 5 tea spoon )

2.     Sugar ( 10  tea spoon )( if you want)

3.     Yeast ( 3.5g)

4.     olive oil or soya bin oil (one cup)

5.     Lukewarm water ( 300ml )

6.      Two egg .

7.     Cumin 100 grme.

8.     Garam Masala powder : 2 t/sp.

 

 

After making the dough you have to make dough separate with making  30 gram dough ball. With the dough have to make chapatti like our video shown. Then have to cut in the middle. With the pieces you have to make cone. And with the mixing ingredients have to fill the cone and close it perfectly. Then this Shingara have to fry in oil. The Shingara have to keep in hot oil. But after putting the Shingara the heat will be normal . Slowly it will be the yellow brownish colored. You can take the shingara with various kinds of sauce to make it testy.

For potato mixing Ingredients :   For {500grms} bread flour

1.     Potato 1 kgg in small pieces.

2.     Cinnamon sticks 50grms.

3.     Bay leaves 8-10 pieces.

4.     Termeric powder 100grms.

5.     Chili powder 50 grms.

6.     Ginger paste 100 grms.

7.     Garlic paste 100 grms.

8.     Green chili 15-20 pieces.

9.     Salt 100 grms.

10.  Garam masala 100 grms.

11.  Curry powder 100 grms.

12.  Carrot 2 piece (chopped ).

13.   Water as usual.

You have to cook it as like dry curry . then it will be the ingredients which will be used in the Shingara cone.
